On Tuesday 10th October members of FAIR travelled to St. Andrews Scotland for the forthcoming talks conscious that the needs of INNOCENT VICTIMS be heard and not overlooked as has been the case in the past. William Frazer, leading the delegation has in the past few months been pressing the Unionist delegates to place the plight of forgotten victims at the top of their agenda with the British Government. Stating that victims will not easily forgive or forget any betrayal of their rightful position at such talks Mr Frazer is adamant that their voice will be heard and will not be swept under the carpet for political expediency.
Both DUP and Unionist party delegates have agreed to meet with him and it would be his intention to remain at the gates of Fairmount Hotel in expectation that Unionist politicians acknowledge his presence and as such those innocent victims from the Unionist community who have been ignored and so poorly treated by the current and former Secretaries of State for Northern Ireland.
Mr Frazers message to all those involved in the current talks is “we are not going away you know. Justice will prevail”.
