04.12.07 Mr William Frazer is today meeting with the IMC in Belfast at 11am, to give them the information, which he has regarding the Paul Quinn murder. He will be giving them the information that the PIRA in Belfast did not sanction this murder, but it was the IRA in South Armagh who not only sanctioned it but members of their organisation carried it out. The people of South Armagh know through bloody experience that those involved are the IRA in this area. As in any organisation those at the top bear the ultimate responsibility for their subordinates. This murder is their responsibility whether it happened through acts of illegal commission or omission by the illegal PIRA army council. Now is the perfect opportunity for the decent people in this area to speak up to prevent further murders being carried out for financial gain or for personal vendettas, perhaps by handing over these murderers over, both communities will have the chance to work together.
